Casemiro Names A Teammate He Always Wants To Play With
Casemiro Names A Teammate He Always Wants To Play With: In a brief Q&A with the Premier League, Man United’s new midfielder discussed his new colleagues in detail.
Casemiro, a midfielder for Manchester United, has stated who he believes to be the fastest, funniest, and most skilled player as well as who would be the best manager in the future. He also said that he always wants fellow Brazilian Antony to be on his squad during training.
Even though Erik ten Hag took his time introducing Casemiro to the Premier League, it was well worth the wait. Since making his league debut against Everton, where he won Man of the Match honours at age 30, he has only gotten better.
In the beginning, Scott McTominay had managed to keep his spot in Ten Hag’s starting lineup, but it was only a matter of time before the five-time Champions League champion solidified his place in the team’s first-team plans. In addition to learning a new tactical system at United, Casemiro also had to become familiar with the playing characteristics and styles of all of his new teammates.
The midfielder recently gave his perspective on the United team during a quickfire Q&A with the Premier League’s YouTube account.
Casemiro claimed that Lisandro Martinez, another recent addition, was the club’s funniest player while Marcus Rashford, another newcomer, was the fastest in practise. Meanwhile, Christian Eriksen was considered to have the best potential as a manager.
When the team is at Carrington, Casemiro confessed he always wants to be on the same team as his compatriot and praised Jadon Sancho and Antony as being the most skilled players.
Bruno Fernandes was also named as having the “best engine” in training, which is not surprising since the Portuguese international travelled the most distance on the field for United during the victory over Tottenham (12.37 kilometres).
