Man City star Haaland warns Man United defence: No-one can stop me!
Erling Haaland of Manchester City has issued a “No one can stop me” challenge to the Manchester United defense.
The 22-year-old Norwegian Haaland has had an incredible debut season for Manchester City, scoring 14 goals across all competitions, including 11 in the league alone with two hat-tricks.
He said to Sky Sports prior to the Sunday derby: “I don’t have to say much more. I only need to state that I’m ready.
When asked about his communication with Kevin De Bruyne, Haaland responded: “All the balls that he just blasts in are exactly the kind of thing I was thinking about.
It’s a striker’s fantasy, you know. He is aware that I will be there, and I am confident that he will fire the ball through the defense and in front of the goalkeeper.
“Yeah, I suppose we could use running as an example. My runs must be timed properly to ensure that nobody can stop me.
